Use for Corporate Housing

JKK Tokyo properties can be utilized for corporate housing.
When applying for corporate housing, there are two types of contracts, namely, Corporate Contract and Joint Corporate Contract. The appropriate contract will differ based on whether it is Tokyoite or General housing.
Corporate Contract Joint Corporate Contract
Features This is a contract signed between JKK Tokyo and the customer’s affiliated company. This is a joint contract between the customer plus their affiliated company, and JKK Tokyo.
Tenant (Official name on the contract) The customer’s affiliated company. Both the affiliated company and the customer’s full name.
Tenant Requirements Must be an employee of the lessee. Must be an employee of the lessee.
Must meet the resident qualifications for Tokyoite housing (applicable only when Tokyoite housing is selected).
Changing Tenants Accepted Not Accepted

Typical Move-In Process for JKK Tokyo

We will guide you through the typical process from initial application to move-in at JKK Tokyo. From application to contract completion, the duration can take up to a maximum of three weeks.

1.Search Search available rooms on the JKK official website.
2.Submit a Room-Viewing Application When you have found a room that fits your needs, you will fill in the Room-Viewing Application.

There are two ways to file a Room-Viewing Application:
・Sign up as a user on the JKK Tokyo website and complete the Room-Viewing Application.
・Complete the Room-Viewing Application through the Public Housing Service Center or the ten Customer Service Counters located across Tokyo.
3.Reserve the Date and Time for Your Room-Viewing Call the number listed on your Room-Viewing Form issued after completion and reserve an appropriate date and time.
According to JKK Tokyo’s policy, you must select a date within three days of submitting the Room-Viewing Application (including the day of submission).
4.Room-Viewing Borrow a key form the property’s Management Office and view the room.
5. Move-In Request Application If you like the room, you will then fill out the Move-In Request Application.
You may directly skip to the Move-In Request Application even if you have not physically viewed the room.

There are two ways to file a Move-In Request Application:
・Sign up as a user on the JKK Tokyo website and complete the Move-In Request Application.
・JComplete the Move-In Request Application through the Public Housing Service Center or the ten Customer Service Counters located across Tokyo.
6.Mail your Qualifications Screening Documents JKK Tokyo will mail you a guide to the qualifications screening documents required of you. Attaching the required files listed, you must mail back your documents to JKK Tokyo.
7.Results JKK Tokyo will mail you back the results after thoroughly examining your documents.
8.Deposit Payment Make a deposit to the financial institution designated by JKK Tokyo.
9.Contract Complete the contract at the Public Housing Service Center. You will receive the house key at the Center immediately after the contract has been discussed appropriately and signed.
10.Move In Move in no later than the date specified by JKK Tokyo after the completion of the contract. Note that the daily rent and service fees will be incurred beginning the day of contract completion.
